Our Founder, Rakshya Joshi boasts a rich and diverse background in the aged care industry, accumulating over a decade of experience. Serving as a Clinical Care Manager for two major aged care providers, Rakshya has garnered extensive expertise in overseeing and managing the delivery of high-quality care to elderly residents. Her responsibilities have encompassed the implementation of individualised care plans, coordination of interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.


In addition to her professional endeavours, Rakshya has dedicated her time to volunteer nursing work in Kenya, Africa, demonstrating a deep commitment to effecting positive change beyond local communities. This experience has exposed her to unique challenges and opportunities in global healthcare delivery, thereby broadening her perspective and fostering a deeper understanding of global health issues.


Further underlining her dedication to professional growth, Rakshya has obtained a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, indicative of her readiness to share her expertise and contribute to the development of aspiring healthcare professionals. This qualification has equipped her with the necessary skills to effectively train and mentor others, thereby enriching the healthcare industry.


Moreover, Rakshya's experience as a travel nurse across various regional homes in Australia has provided her with invaluable exposure to diverse care settings, demographics, and healthcare practices. This diverse background has enhanced her adaptability, resilience, and ability to excel in dynamic environments.
